By using Recapli ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Recapli provides bank statement conversion and related tools (upload, API, exports). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
3. Account and use
You must:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your credentials and API keys secure
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms
- Not abuse the Service (e.g. excessive requests, circumventing quotas, illegal content)
4. Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed via PayPal according to the plan you choose. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded files and outputs; you grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Extraction and categorization are automated and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for verifying results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
